H series foaming regulator is high molecular weight acrylate processing aid independently developed by our company. The purpose of adding UHMW polymer in PVC foamed products: To promote the plasticization of PVC; To improve the melt strength of the PVC foamed material, prevent the merger of bubbles to get uniformly foamed products; To ensure that the melt has good fluidity to obtain the products with good appearance. Due to the fact that different foaming product manufacturers have different equipment, technology, raw materials and lubrication systems, we have developed foaming regulators with different properties to satisfy the needs of users.

Advertising boards, foamed profiles, foamed wood plastics and other products with low melt strength, 901 and 921 can be selected for high foamed skinned thick plate products with highly-melt strength.

This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive solid powder, which is non-dangerous goods for transportation. It should be protected from exposure to the sun and rain, it is recommended to store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, the storage period is 1 year, and it can be used if there is no change after performance test.
