Product Performance
Thermal stability: TG-181 has very high thermal stability and excellent initial colorability.
Transparency: PVC products using TG-181 have excellent transparency, pure color, very little gas and no precipitation.
Processability: excellent high temperature color stability and long-term dynamic stability. No scaling phenomenon, shorten the production of equipment cleaning time. Suitable for soft and hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) processing, such as calendering, extrusion, injection molding and blow molding.
Dosage: Under the same effect, the dosage of methyltin mercaptide is less than that of butyltin and octyltin.
Safety: Methyltin mercaptide products are approved by FDA (21 CFR 178.2010) and BGA (IIA, 4C) in Germany, and can be used in food packaging materials and water pipes, etc., with reliable safety.
